I'm stuck in this never-ending loop, reliving the same 5 seconds over and over. My mind is a maelstrom of madness, and I'm starting to lose my grip on reality.
I try to remember the details, but they're hazy. I think I'm a scientist, but I'm not sure. My lab is a mess, with beakers and test tubes scattered everywhere. The smell of chemicals hangs heavy in the air.
Or maybe I'm not alone. Maybe someone or something is watching me from outside the loop, laughing at my pitiful attempts to escape.
Or maybe I'm just a hamster on a wheel, running in place, getting nowhere.
Either way, it's time to face the facts: I am trapped, and it's going to be a long, long ride.
